The location of this place is great for accessing the city center and the castle, and the room was clean.

There is a tram stop across the street into the center of the City which also connects with metro stops, so it is very convenient.

We had a nice time. A nice size and fairly clean hotel, location was particularly good near to a tram station that is a stop away from the metro line and wide and busi avenue and a tram line on one side, and railway on the other side and M2 metro line or 1st tram. All the staff was fairly friendly, tackled our issues. The room was tidy, en suite and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal computer...
The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

Proximity of center, just 2 km from Vidampark and spa Szechenyi. Free parking behind the hotel - however unsecured (in view of locality). Helpful and english speaking lady (owner?). TV in rooms. And... price, of course.
Small 4-bed rooms, just for 2 adults and 2 children, bunk beds (bed above bed) instead of 4 beds. One of our rooms was renovated, the other not - old beds, old furniture, old (and small) bathroom, no table, no chairs. No fridge. Poor noise isolation of doors. Neighbourhood of the hotel - one of buildings looked like a slum (see Google satellite view with 3D buildings). Maybe if you get some 2-bed renovated room (like on the photos - not our case) and there will be not very hot or cold (summer or winter), you could be satisfied for the price.

I recently stayed at a unique guesthouse with a magical garden. The staff was really nice and made me feel at home. The room for four people was spacious and clean. The temperature was perfect and the wifi was good. The kitchen had free coffee and tea. The price was amazing for a group of friends on a budget. The location was okay, with public transport nearby. a great choice.
I do recommend this hotel.

Room was cozy and bathroom was tidy. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was a tv in the room and internet access in the cellar.
Hotel is located few kilometers from the city centre but it is easy to reach via metro and tram. Enterior didn't look like a hotel, so it was a bit difficult to find at first, but it also felt safe because the main gate was locked all the time (you get your own key to the gate with your room key).

I felt good, it is a pleasant and quiet place in the noise of the city . And the location is perfect for the concerts at Papp Laszlo Arena.

Too small a room, no cupboard to leave the things, I was alone in a 2 bed room, for me it was not that bad but for 2 people they wouldn't have place to leave the luggage. I would recommend it only for a very short trip with almost no luggage.Check in time is very limited and you cannot leave the luggage if you arrive sooner or leave later
